Long-Lasting Chrome Base which is used to apply on the top of Gel Colors. Apply this one and cure in UV/LED within 30s - 60s, then apply the Chrome Powder or Chrome Glitter to have a holographic color (if used Chrome Glitter)? or mirror effect colors (if used Chrome Powders)
